Kuldeep is a dedicated Principal Trading Standards Officer with a large Metropolitan Local Authority in the West Midlands, whose career began in 2006 with a clear purpose to protect communities and bring an end to doorstep crime.

With a law degree, a Level 4 Intelligence Diploma, and a wealth of investigative experience, Kuldeep has     devoted nearly two decades to uncovering fraud and bringing offenders to justice, securing over 100 convictions along the way.

Kuldeep’s leadership and determination have been   nationally recognised. In 2016, Kuldeep earned the prestigious Chartered Trading Standards Institute Award for his role in a landmark case on misleading reference pricing. The following year, Kuldeep received the Chartered Trading Standards Institute Certificate of Commendation, for a powerful investigation that saw a rogue carer sentenced to five and a half years for financially abusing a vulnerable man. In 2025, Kuldeep was once again nationally recognised earning the prestigious Chartered Trading Standards Institute award for his role in the fight against organised crime that operate rogue businesses to sell illegal good, closing down 39 of these businesses in a 12 month period, the highest number achieved in the Country.  

In 2024, Kuldeep founded INSIGHT, which was created to empower the public, professionals and 
investigators with crucial training to understand 
and combat the diverse landscape of UK fraud. Behind Kuldeep is a team of experienced trainers and investigators to help support this mission.
